Returns & Exchanges

We are happy to accept returns for online orders within 14 days from the date of delivery. Return shipments must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery to be accepted. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer; BlackBlue does not reimburse the cost of shipping or provide shipping labels for returns or exchanges.

We offer refunds or exchanges for returned items. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment upon receipt and processing of the return. Please allow up to 3 business days upon the receipt of a returned item for processing.

Returns for online orders are also accepted in-store.

Items sold on sale or discount are final sale. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for these items.

Incorrect Items or Defects

Order Processing & Status

Once an order is placed, please allow for a maximum of 72 hours for your order to be dispatched. Once a shipment is fulfilled, tracking information will be delivered by email or SMS message, depending on which was used to place the order.

Orders placed after 3pm CST on Fridays may not be processed until the following Monday, as is the case with orders placed on weekends. Please note that once a shipment is in the possession of a shipping service, BlackBlue staff will have access to the same tracking information as the customer. In-Store Pickup

For local customers who opt for in-store pickup, orders are typically processed and ready for pickup within 24 hours, if not sooner. If you haven't received a notification indicating your order is ready for pickup before visiting, your order may not be ready for pickup, but we will do our best to accommodate early arrivals. In-store pickup orders may be retrieved during our usual business hours.

Domestic Shipping

Domestic orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS. Shipping rates for domestic orders are as follows.

  • - Standard Shipping (Contiguous US) — $10
  • - Standard Shipping (Alaska & Hawaii) — $25
  • - Standard Shipping (Puerto Rico, AA, AE, AP) — $50
  • - Express Shipping (Contiguous US) — $25
  • - Express Shipping (Alaska & Hawaii) — $50

International Shipping

International orders will be shipped via USPS, UPS, or DHL. Shipping rates for domestic orders are as follows.

  • - Canada Shipping — $40
  • - Mexico Shipping — $50
  • - EU & UK Shipping — $70
  • - Asia Shipping — $70
  • - AU & NZ Shipping — $70

Taxes & Duties: A Note About International Shipping

Any import tariffs, duties, or local taxes are determined by local governments, and are the sole responsibility of the recipient, and are required to be paid upon delivery. Shipments cannot be labeled as "gifts" for customs purposes, nor can prices be listed at less than the value paid for the item.

Pricing, Sales, & Availablity

Pricing & Sales

BlackBlue does not offer price adjustments on past purchases should items be marked down or become eligible for a promotion at a later point. Items sold during a promotional period, on sale, or at a discounted price, are final sale, and are not eligible for exchange or return. During promotional & sale periods, BlackBlue may experience high order volumes, in which case, our inventory levels may take time to update and thus inventory levels may not be accurately represented on our website.


We cannot guarantee the availability of any product purchased from our website. While we do our best to ensure accurate inventory for every item on our website, there are instances where items ordered may not be available, in which case, BlackBlue reserves the right to cancel the order. If we do cancel your order, you will be notified and a refund made to the original form of payment, if the payment has already been processed.

A Note On Cancelling Orders

BlackBlue reserves the right to cancel any order that meets the following criteria: lack of stock, suspicion of fraud, failure to process credit card information, incorrect item price, or other extenuating circumstances as we see fit. Any cancelled orders will be refunded to the original form of payment.


Any non-clothing item purchased from BlackBlue and shipped within the state of Minnesota will be taxed at a rate of 7.625%. Clothing shipped within Minnesota, and all items shipped outside of the state of Minnesota, will not be subject to tax.

Payments, Refunds, and Chargebacks

BlackBlue lists all prices in US Dollars. BlackBlue is not the payment processor and does not have access to card information, nor do we have information on the timing of payments or refunds.

BlackBlue uses Shopify Payments to process our online payments. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Payments are processed through Shopify Payments, PayPal, and Affirm.

We will not accept card information via email or text message.

Should an issue arise with your order, please contact us at your earliest convenience so we can work together to find a solution. If a chargeback is opened, we cannot provide further assistance with the order.
