Drawn from Velva Sheen's 1950s military sweat shorts. 8oz cotton French terry, looped on the inside, smooth face, cooler on the skin than a brushed fleece back. Elastic waist with a flat drawstring, and large patch pockets lifted from fatigue trousers rather than the usual side-seam slash. No back pocket. Pigment dyed after construction, so the color reads slightly faded from the start and continues to soften at the waistband, hem, and pocket edges.
