Processing Times: We aim for same-day fulfillment, but please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.

Weekend Hours: Orders placed after 12:00PM CST on Fridays may not be processed until the following Tuesday.

Tracking: You will receive tracking via email or SMS once your label is generated. Please allow up to 24 hours for carrier tracking information to update.

Liability: Once a courier confirms delivery, BlackBlue is no longer liable for damaged, lost, or stolen goods.

International & Business Shipping

Duties & Taxes: Recipients are responsible for all import tariffs, duties, or local taxes. We cannot mark items as "gifts" or undervalue goods on customs forms.

Restricted Regions: We ship worldwide (excluding Russia). Contact orders@blkblu.com if your country is not available at checkout.

Shipping to a Business: If shipping to a business, please use the "Company" line rather than the "Apartment/Unit" line to avoid delivery delays.

In-Store Pick Up (Saint Paul, MN)

We aim for same-day fulfillment, but may require 2-3 days to prepare orders for in-store pick up.

Hours: Pick up is available Friday–Sunday, 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Please wait for your "Ready for Pick Up" notification before arriving.

Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our return guidelines below:

Return Window: We are happy to accept returns for online orders within 10 days from the date of delivery.

Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be in "like-new" condition. Items must be:

• Free from wear, stains, and odors
• Sent back with all original tags still attached
• Accompanied by a copy of the receipt or packing slip

• We reserve the right to deny returns if we suspect items have been worn or used

Refunds, Exchanges & Fees: We offer both refunds and exchanges for online orders. Please note the following:

• Restocking Fee: All returns are subject to a 4% restocking fee, which will be deduct from your final refund amount.
• Return Shipping: A $10 flat rate shipping fee will be withheld from your refund to cover the cost of the return label.
• Processing: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return have been received, inspected, and approved by our staff. Please allow up to three business days for your return to be process.

How to Start a Return

1. Contact us at orders@blkblu.com to request return authorization
2. Once we have approved your return, we will provide a prepaid label, sent to the email address associated with the return.
3. BlackBlue also happily accepts returns for online orders at our brick-and-mortar location in St. Paul, MN

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

The following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• All items purchased "on sale" (markdowns)
• Items that are altered or hemmed, including but not limited to jeans
• Undergarments
  
• Orders placed with the 10% New Subscriber discount code remain eligible for returns/exchanges

Look for the neon green 'Final Sale' badge on product and cart pages to identify non-returnable items. See the example below for reference.

FINAL SALE

Lost Items: BlackBlue does not assume responsibility for return items lost in transit without initial proof of delivery from the carrier.

Product Availability & Price Adjustments

We aim to achieve accuracy and consistency with our inventory, but may run into discrepancies at times. BlackBlue reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock errors, suspected fraud, or pricing mistakes. If an order is canceled, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

No price adjustments are offered if an items previously purchased are later marked down or placed on sale.

New Subscriber Discount

Our new subscriber discount is valid for first-time subscribers online and in-store. The new subscriber discount is eligible for use on full priced items. Iron Heart products and already-discounted items are excluded from our New Subscriber discount.

Taxes

Minnesota Residents: Clothing items are tax-free—non-clothing items are taxed at their appropriate rates, and may include local, county, and state taxes. Online orders delivered within the state of Minnesota may be subject to a $0.50 Retail Delivery Fee (RDF) for online and delivered purchases over $100

Non-Minnesota Residents: At this time, we do not collect taxes for US residents outside of Minnesota when made through www.blkblu.com—purchases made through Shop or Garmentory may be subject to taxes.

Privacy & Security

BlackBlue collects and retains only the personally-identifiable information that you provide to us. This information (if you so choose) may be shared with our MailChimp account, for the purposes of keeping you up to date with BlackBlue. MailChimp will not share this information with any other parties.

BlackBlue uses a third-party cookie to collect non-personally-identifiable information to use and share with Google Analytics (including Google Display Network Impression Reporting and Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting). The information is collected through Google advertising cookies and anonymous identifiers. This information is collected for purpose of improving our website. No personally-identifiable information will be collected by, or shared with Google Analytics.
